Is transportation included with the ticket?

Yes. Your ticket includes transportation for the entire day. Attendees will park at the starting location in the Legacy West area of Plano and board our private charter bus together. The bus will take the group to all five curated stops throughout Plano, Frisco, and McKinney before returning to the same location at the end of the event.

What should I wear?

Think elevated, comfortable, and camera-ready.

We will be taking photos and video throughout the day, so we encourage guests to wear something that makes them feel confident and polished. The visual theme of the event leans toward soft pinks, neutrals, and chic professional style, similar to the vibe in our event graphics.

This is not a strict dress code. Come as your authentic self in something comfortable enough to move between stops while still feeling stylish and photo-ready.

Will food and drinks be provided?

Yes. Throughout the day, guests will enjoy beverages, snacks, and light bites at various stops along the tour. The experience includes a morning coffee and breakfast-style welcome, refreshments on the bus, and additional hosted bites during select stops. The day concludes with an elevated happy hour experience to celebrate the connections made throughout the tour.

Additional food and drinks may also be available for purchase at some stops if guests would like to order more during the day.

What time does the event start and end?

Guests should plan to arrive between 8:15 AM and 8:30 AM for check-in and boarding. The charter bus will depart shortly after.

The tour will run throughout the day with curated stops across Plano, Frisco, and McKinney, and the experience will conclude around 5:30 PM after the final happy hour stop.

Where should I park for the event?

Parking arrangements have been coordinated with Visit Plano to ensure a smooth start and finish to the day.

Attendees will park in the Legacy West area of Plano near the final stop of the tour, so when the event concludes you’ll already be back near your vehicle.

Specific parking instructions and the exact meeting location will be shared directly with ticket holders prior to the event.

Can I attend if I don’t know anyone yet?

Absolutely. Many guests will be attending solo, and the experience is intentionally designed to help attendees meet and connect with each other.

Throughout the day, we will facilitate conversations and shared experiences that make it easy to build relationships naturally. By the end of the tour, you will leave with new contacts, meaningful connections, and potential business collaborators.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest. Please notify the event team in advance so we can update the attendee list and ensure your guest has the best possible experience.

Where will we meet for the tour?

The tour will begin in the Legacy West area in Plano.

Specific meeting and parking details will be shared directly with ticket holders prior to the event to ensure a smooth arrival and check-in experience.

Guests will park in the designated area, board the charter bus together in the morning, and return to the same location at the end of the day.

How many people will attend the tour?

The charter bus has 56 seats, so attendance is intentionally limited to create a more meaningful and engaging experience.

This smaller group size allows for real conversations, relationship building, and collaboration throughout the day, rather than the crowded feel of large networking events.

Once the seats are filled, ticket sales will close.

Will there be opportunities to share about my business?

Yes. The day is designed to create organic opportunities for visibility and connection through guided activities, shared experiences, and intentional conversation moments.

To keep the experience relaxed and engaging, there will not be open mic introductions or group pitches during the tour.

For those who would like dedicated time in front of the group, limited sponsorship opportunities are available that include visibility moments and brand recognition.

Do I have to attend every stop on the tour?

No, but most guests choose to experience the full day.

The Boss Women Bus Tour is designed as a shared experience, and the schedule is structured so that each stop builds on the connections and conversations from earlier in the day.

Guests are welcome to step away if needed, but we recommend attending the full tour to get the most out of the experience.

What should I bring with me?

We recommend bringing:

• your phone for photos and connecting with other attendees

• comfortable shoes for moving between stops

Everything else for the experience is handled for you.

Will photos or videos be taken during the event?

Yes. Professional photo and video coverage will be captured throughout the day.
